American Tactical Inc. Return Policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all manuals, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The eligible product for return must be undamaged in the original factory packaging with all the accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later.

For order returns Buyer must email us at customerservice@americantactical.us, during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization. RMA is required by American Tactical Inc. to return merchandise. On 30 day returns that are accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, original shipping cost, and 20% restocking fee on the non-defective merchandise. Once the returned merchandise is received by American Tactical Inc.' and inspected refunds will be processed within 7 business days minus the original shipping charge and 20% restocking fee.

Accessories

Accessories that have been opened out of packaging will not be accepted for return unless the original manufacturing packaging is in like new condition. Returns are not accepted on any product that has been used, mounted, or installed. Most accessories have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer on any issues after opening or installation. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges in this case.

Scopes and Optic Sales : Customers will have to work with the manufacturer.

All Ammunition Sales & Ammo Components are FINAL and NON- RETURNABLE.

Firearm Returns

Please take your time and inspect all firearms completely before going through with the transfer. Once a firearm is transferred to an individual it is considered used, even if it has been unfired. We can not accept firearm returns once it has been transferred into your possession. If there is a defect in the firearm after the transfer has taken place, the firearm must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repairs.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws. **All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.**

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS upon receiving payment & verified FFL information.

Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states.

When you purchase a firearm from American Tactical Inc., you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). You further agree to a 20% restocking fee for all cancelled orders (for ANY reason) particularly for those cancelled because you do not want to ship to an FFL dealer. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, then the customer will be responsible for return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. American Tactical Inc. WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, and receivers are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Purchasing Firearms Online

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We do not ship orders internationally. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee.

Shipment of Firearms

Please have your FFL dealer email us a copy of their FFL to customerservice@americantactical.us if you have purchased a firearm. Please have them include your order number and name within the email. We cannot ship your firearm until we have this document. Thank you!

Shipping Information

Shipping is as quoted in checkout on the lower 48 states where legal. Some items shipping to HI or AK may incur additional shipping charges of $40. We do not ship AMMO to New York, Maine, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, City of Chicago, or Cook County. No exceptions!

Online Description Errors and Pricing

Inventory on our website changes daily. We do not guarantee that titles, pictures, prices, and descriptions on our website are error free. American Tactical Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order that includes but not limited to orders with items that have errors in the price or description. In the event that American Tactical Inc. has to cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error with price, incorrect photo, or description and the customer makes the order, we will not process the order until we first contact the customer. In the event the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and they will receive a refund. By placing an order, the customer agrees American Tactical Inc. will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
